- Just recently learned that one of my dream collaborations has happened already-- Stevie Wonder, Prince and Chaka Khan. Amazing performances from everyone! *whistles*

- Realized that heartaches can be healed by watching 嵐 shows. Thank heavens for all the translators and subbers and uploaders of all 嵐 shows we are all enjoying in this fandom!!! ♥♥♥
- The heat has let up [33 degrees Celsius isn't so hot, especially when I barely survived 44 degrees!]
- Work has been at times enjoyable, at times such a pain, and I still love it.
- Some friendships are not meant to be. Sometimes keeping in touch IS inconvenient for some people. This is something I should accept. I get tired, too.

- I've been reminded of my adoration for Prince. Listening to him again. And with me being a self-confessed Amy Winehouse addict, the audio file of her collaboration with Prince on Love is a Losing Game makes me want to fly! Special thanks to death327 for grabbing the ungrabbable file for me. AND converters are so much love, now I can play it on my iPod on loop!</lj>

- A while back, I was again hit with the realization that OhMiya SK is indeed LOVE!
- Yesterday, I got agitated. I had a project design to submit, and I lost my internet connection and it was still officially Ramadan. It was as if the Fates deemed that my life needed excitement. Grrr.
- Speaking of which, Gaiman's story Ramadan still makes me bleed. *sigh*

- A couple of weeks back, I was trying to rewrite an OT3 fic [My OT3, ladies and gents, is Sho, Ohno and Nino. Yes, with Ohno in the middle] which I wrote after watching that Hey Hey Hey Arashi talk -- with Sho going on about how Ohno is so talented, and Nino pursing his lips -- and listening to Jason Mraz's If It Kills Me. XXDD

- Recently, a very dear friend celebrated her birthday. Ate Fe, advocate of various causes, one of the people who got me involved in some of these issues, particularly on migrant workers and sexual and reproductive health, BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! ♥
- Been watching the Shukudai-kuns again, paying attention particularly on the food segments!
- Bought a pack of cigs on a whim. Still thinking if I will smoke again.
- One of the most difficult questions: music or literature?
- It suddenly occurred to one of my good friends [who is also one of my hardworking colleagues] to develop a Spawn Timeline for me [Why do a lot of people want me to have progeny? Is it my fabulous genes? XD]. I told her that I'd only accept her proposed timeline if she can provide a list of credentials, particularly, personal experience in the field. XD
- Just saw a prompt for a stormy_team update! Have to go and check!</lj>
- Was very disappointed with the results of my lone project. I hope I won't continue to be, we still have a few weeks to go.
- Back to Black is STILL my favorite Amy Winehouse song! Although my iPod tells me I've played Tears Dry on their Own 148 times, 24 times more than the studio version of Back to Black. Maybe because I have two versions? Yes, this is important to me.
- The most played song in my iPod is......... *drum rolls* きっと大丈夫 by 嵐!!! With a playcount of 328 times! YAY! Next in line are Jack Johnson's Better Together and 嵐's Ohno solo, Rain, with 240 and 239 plays respectively. The ultimate song for me, Across the Universe by The Beatles, however, has been played only 155 times. John Lennon's "Ultra Rare" version of this song has been played 90 times. Again, yes, this is important to me. XD
